Thanks Maya the illustration really helped me I was confused the instructions in the bottle are not that clear, people who say this doesn't work maybe they take 1 drop but your 10 drops explanation really helped. thanks a lot - today is my first day and time will tell, I will come back here and update you guys as I have a lot of weight to loose and need the encouragement
